An important indirect effect The analysis in this study reveals that the ability of human capital investment to alleviate poverty for African American women differs depending on whether one estimates private or social returns. Recent history has witnessed a revolution in women's health care. Beginning in the late 1960s, women in communities across the United States challenged medical united health care of nc and male control over women's health.
